SMS Messaging Policy

About this messaging program

CallMeBacker is an audition-scheduling platform used by casting directors. When talent (actors and models) book an audition time slot and provide their mobile number, we send transactional text messages about that specific audition on the casting director's behalf. This program sends appointment-related messages only — no marketing or promotional content.

Messages you may receive

• A booking confirmation immediately after you reserve a time slot.
• A reminder about 24 hours before your audition.
• A reminder about 1 hour before your audition.
• A "you're up next" notification when the casting director is ready for you.

How you opt in

You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on the audition booking form when you schedule a slot. That box is optional and unchecked by default — consent is never a condition of auditioning, and you can book and be contacted by email instead. We only send texts to talent who actively check that box.

Message frequency & rates

Message frequency varies and depends on your audition (typically 2–4 messages per booking). Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan.

Opting out and getting help

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; you will receive a final confirmation and no further texts. Reply HELP for assistance. You can also reply C to confirm your audition or X to cancel it.

Privacy

We use your mobile number only to send the audition messages described here. We do not sell your phone number or share it with third parties for their own marketing. Carrier delivery is handled by our SMS provider (Twilio).
